JobWatch — Privacy Policy
JobWatch is a personal automation tool operated by and for a single user, the owner of engmahdi.com. It is not offered to the public, and no other user can sign in to it.
What it accesses
With the owner's consent, JobWatch uses the Gmail API (scope: gmail.modify) on the owner's own Gmail account to:
- read job-related messages;
- apply labels to them;
- create draft replies and reports in the owner's mailbox.
It never sends email, deletes messages, or accesses any other account.
How data is processed
- Data is processed on the owner's self-hosted server.
- Before any text is sent to an AI model (Google Gemini API), personal identifiers (names, email addresses, phone numbers, links) are removed.
- Short summaries are delivered to the owner through a private Telegram bot.
- Execution logs are kept for 7 days. Job-lead records stay in the owner's private database until the owner deletes them.
Sharing
No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
